What is Camp Mark 7?

Camp Mark 7 (CM7) is a summer camp and retreat center in the Adirondacks of New York designed to create meaningful, accessible experiences centered around the Deaf community.

Through summer camps, adult programs, outdoor recreation, leadership opportunities, and community experiences, CM7 provides a place where communication access, connection, independence, and belonging are built into the experience.

CM7 offers programs for children, teens, and adults, with experiences designed around the Deaf community and full communication access.

Our youth programs welcome Deaf and Hard of Hearing campers from a variety of educational and communication backgrounds, including students attending schools for the Deaf, mainstream schools, and Deaf/Hard of Hearing programs, as well as cochlear implant users.

Specific ages and eligibility requirements vary by program. Please review the individual program page before registering.

Syracuse Hancock International Airport is the recommended airport for campers and participants traveling by air.

Utica Station is the recommended train station for campers and participants traveling by train.

Please schedule arrivals and departures between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM Eastern Time when using CM7 transportation.

Travel outside this window may not be eligible for scheduled CM7 shuttle transportation.

Yes. CM7 offers shuttle transportation between Syracuse Hancock International Airport and camp for $35 per person, each way.

Yes. CM7 offers shuttle transportation between Utica Station and camp for $20 per person, each way.

Adirondack summer weather can vary. Days may be warm and sunny, while mornings and evenings can be considerably cooler. Campers should pack layers and be prepared for both warm and cool weather, as well as rain.
