Deaf Teen Camp (Ages 13 - 16)

Create unforgettable summer memories at Camp Mark Seven!

Step away from your iPhones and screens—it’s time to reconnect with nature, friends, and fun! Experience outdoor adventures on the lake, surrounded by the breathtaking Adirondack Mountains.

At Camp Mark Seven, our Deaf Teen Camp is designed to inspire teamwork, leadership, and lifelong friendships. Through a wide variety of activities, campers learn the values of respect, honesty, caring for one another, and self-confidence, all while having an incredible time. Teens will develop social skills, teamwork, and personal initiative as they work and play together with other campers and camp staff.

Program Highlights

Campers will enjoy a week filled with exciting and enriching activities, including:

• Swimming and tubing

• Canoe trips

• Outdoor games and sports

• Deaflympics

• Arts & crafts

• STEM projects

• Hiking adventures in the Adirondacks

• Evening bonfires

• Shopping trips to Old Forge and Inlet

• Waterpark fun

At the end of each session, campers will create and perform skits for Parents’ Night, showcasing their creativity and teamwork. Families are invited to attend and celebrate their camper’s accomplishments!

Who Can Attend

This program welcomes Deaf and hard of hearing teens ages 13 to 16 from:

• Residential schools for the Deaf

• Mainstream programs with interpreting services

• Public schools with Deaf/Hard of Hearing programs or cochlear implant support

Camp Mark Seven fosters an inclusive environment where all Deaf and hard of hearing teens can grow, connect, and thrive.

Financial Assistance

Need help with tuition?
Please complete the Tuition Assistance Program Form and/or BIPOC Campership Application online by March 1, 2026.

Cost & Registration

Tuition: $1700 per camper
Includes: lodging, all meals, daily activities, excursions, and evening programs.

Arrival: Sunday at 1:00 p.m. (please do not arrive earlier or the day before)
Departure: Saturday by 10:00 a.m.
