Deaf Bible Week (Ages 21+)
Come to Camp Mark Seven to our annual Summer Deaf Bible Week to learn about: Religious Iconography
Come immerse yourself in the beauty and depth of religious iconography and its profound spiritual significance during this transformative 5-day seminar. Discover how sacred art, symbols, and imagery have shaped our faith throughout history.
Throughout the week, Father Tom Coughlin, OP Miss., will guide us through the historical, theological, and artistic elements of religious iconography, exploring how these images communicate the sacred and deepen our relationship with God.
Daily Schedule Includes:
- Mass and morning prayers in the chapel
- Seminars and group reflections in the mornings
- Recreation & Relaxation in the afternoons (swim, hike, boat ride, beach time)
- Nightly DVD Shows exploring the role of religious imagery in the spiritual life
- Evening Bonfire and fellowship
- A day trip to nearby locations for exploration and reflection
Cost: $600 (includes lakeside bedroom accommodations, family-style meals, daily activities, and all seminars)
