Deaf Youth Camp (Ages 9 -12)

Create unforgettable summer memories at Camp Mark Seven!

Put down your iPhones and tablets—it’s time to unplug, get outdoors, and experience the joy of nature and adventure in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains!

At Camp Mark Seven, our Deaf Youth Camp is designed to nurture teamwork, confidence, and friendship through a wide range of fun and meaningful activities. Campers learn the importance of respect, honesty, and caring for one another, while building self-esteem, social skills, and leadership abilities. Together with other campers and camp staff, they’ll discover that teamwork and laughter make every day memorable!

Program Highlights

Campers will enjoy a week filled with exciting activities, including:

• Swimming and tubing

• Canoe trips

• Outdoor games and sports

• Deaflympics

• Arts & crafts

• STEM projects

• Mountain hikes

• Evening bonfires

• Shopping trips to Old Forge and Inlet

• Waterpark fun

At the end of each session, campers will create and perform skits for Parents’ Night, a beloved CM7 tradition where families are invited to come and watch their child’s creative performance.

Who Can Attend

This program welcomes Deaf and hard of hearing youth ages 9 to 12 from:

• Residential schools for the Deaf

• Mainstream programs with interpreting services

• Public schools with Deaf/Hard of Hearing programs or cochlear implant support

Camp Mark Seven provides a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment where Deaf youth can grow, connect, and create memories that last a lifetime.

Financial Assistance

Need help with tuition?
Please complete the Tuition Assistance Program Form and/or BIPOC Campership Application online by March 1, 2026.

Cost & Registration

Tuition: $1700 per camper
Includes: lodging, all meals, daily activities, excursions, and evening programs.

Arrival: Sunday at 1:00 p.m. (please do not arrive earlier or the day before)
Departure: Saturday by 10:00 a.m.
