2023 CM7 Camp Registration Policy and Instruction Video
About the Camp Registration Policy:
Registration to any program run by Camp Mark 7 (CM7) indicates that you have read and agree to adhere to the refund policy at the time of registration. For instructions on how to register, please view this video, Registration Instruction Video.
Online registration will start at 4 pm on January 8, 2023 for all programs except KODA, and the KODA programs on Sunday, January 8, 2023. at the Active site: https://campscui.active.com/orgs/CampMark7
KODA Registration times on Sunday, January 8, 2023 is as follows:
12:00 pm Noon EST ~ KODA Teen Camp
1:00 pm EST ~ KODA Youth Camp
2:00 pm EST ~ KODA Children Week
CM7 Summer Programs with age brackets:
- Deaf Camp (Ages 8 - 16)
- KODA Children Week (Ages 8 - 10)
- KODA Youth Camp (Ages 11 - 13)
- KODA Teen Camp (Ages 14 - 16)
- ASL and Deaf Culture Immersion Week (Ages 18 plus)
- Active Deaf Adults 50 plus Week
- Religious Program Week (Ages 18 plus)
The CM7 registration policy is subject to change. Registered campers and/or their parents and/or guardians will be notified in writing (email) if there are any change to the registration policy.
Payment Information:
A $200.00 deposit per child/adult participant per program is due at the time of registration in order to secure a participant’s spot in the program. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total registration (i.e., camp tuition).
*For Coda Retreat Weekend only: $50 non-refundable deposit is due at time of registration.
Full payment of the registration fees is due according to this schedule below:

If registering for a camp program after the deadline, full payment is required at the time of registration, and all payments made at that time are non-refundable.
Accounts will be automatically charged on the respective deadline to the credit card on file for the remaining balance, unless prior arrangements are made with the CM7 Director.
Cancellation and Refunds:
A participant’s cancellation notification and request for refund (minus the $200 non-refundable deposit) must be submitted in writing (email) to the Camp Mark 7 Registrar. No refunds will be issued for participant cancellations made less than 60 days from the program start date. The deposit or payments lost due to cancellation or withdrawal cannot be applied to next year’s program.
Camp Mark Seven reserves the right to cancel under-enrolled programs, in which case the deposit and tuition balance will be refunded.
Returned Check Fee:
A fee of $50.00 will be charged for all returned checks.
Required paperwork:
A child may not attend the program until all required paperwork has been submitted and received by the camp administration. In the event of incomplete paperwork, the cancellation policy may apply.
Expulsion:
Camp Mark Seven may require the expulsion of a participant for misconduct, violating camp regulations or other conditions that are disruptive to the functioning of the camp program. Participant expulsion is at the discretion of the CM7 Camp Director and the Program Director. In the event of a participant expulsion, no refund will be granted.
